Xperia SP – Simply Splendid
Sony stepped into the Android Smartphone late, but they have caught up with the other competitors and are now in line with all the top companies. However, Sony still has a problem regarding the middle range mobiles. The Xperia SP is a move from Sony to strengthen their position in the mid range segment. The Xperia SP is well built and the look is quite stylish and rich. The slight disadvantage in Xperia SP’s look is its thickness.
Due to the addition of the aluminum frame in its design, the weight of Xperia SP is little bit high. At the bottom of the device’s screen is a translucent bar that lights up in different colors according to the actions performed. The performance of Xperia SP has been increased using quality processor paired with 1 GB RAM. The device comes packed with loads of features like Geo-tagging, face detection, and more which can only be seen in higher end devices.
Overall, Xperia SP is a perfect medium range mobile released by Sony. This handset has handsome and unique looks that we wish Sony would continue.
• The Xperia SP runs on Android platform – version 4.1.2, Jelly Bean.
